Every once in a while you catch lightning in a bottle. Team Zippidy brought together Lavora Wrencher, the #1 BDC agent for the Russ Darrow Group, and Michael “Zippidy” Duda, the Group’s #1 Sales & Finance associate. Together they stayed focused on used and new vehicle deliveries with one simple motto: “We make happy customers.”

After helping deliver 493 vehicles in 2016, Michael challenged the team to break the 500 mark in 2017. What followed was a magical year — one that ended with 504 vehicles delivered and a story worth preserving on Zippidy.com.

The success of 2017 also earned Lavora and her family a trip to Maui, Hawaii to celebrate the achievement. Even though life eventually took Lavora and her family to Arizona, the bond remained. Team Zippidy is still family.
